Firefox 1.0 — the ultimate evolution of more than five years of work on redefining the Web browser — is out today.

Go. Get. It!!!

UPDATE: In its first day of release, more than 1 million downloads of Firefox 1.0 were counted. Wow!

You can also get commemorative Firefox 1.0 t-shirts from the Mozilla Store.

Sandy Smith says:

Aargh! The WebDeveloper plugin is incompatible with 1.0.

Ginger says:

What’s the difference between Thunderbird and Firefox? Aren’t they both browsers? I don’t get it.

Sandy Smith says:

Huh–but for some reason, despite being identified as incompatible, my plugin still works. I don’t get it, but I’m happy.
Ginger, Firefox is a browser, while Thunderbird is an e-mail/newsreader app.

If that's too hard to understand... well, I'm sorry. There's only so much I can do. I'm not a therapist, and I'm not a miracle worker. I wish I could help you work through your delusional belief that I'm speaking for anyone else but myself. Honestly, I do. But in the end, that's a monkey you'll have to get off your back on your own. Sorry.
